Lili was born in Kirgistan, central Asia and raised in germany. She graduated in Austria as a teacher for biology, psychology, philosophy and German for foreigners. Since she is working as a teacher, Thai Massage theraphist and Qigong practitioner. She speaks German, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian. On her travels through Asia 7 years ago she had the chance to complete her Thaimassage therapy training in the north of Thailand. 2022 she also completed the course of trauma-based Thai Massage bodywork in Lisbon. In her treatment she works patiently and fluently to release the blockades, recognises the bodylimits and sometimes manages to shift them, which might be experienced powerful but never painful.

What is Thai massage Therapy?

What is foot Reflexology ?

What is Thai massage?
Thai Massage is a healing modality with touch, a combination of acupressure and yoga-like rotary- and stretching- movement. This type of massage takes place on a soft mattress on the floor, no oil is used, the client remains completly clothed throughout the treatment and the positions can vary (sitting, lying on the belly or back, side): The treatment is normally 1,5h. Only have light meals, and no alcohol

What should I wear?
Please wear some comfortable loose clothing so you are able to be stretched out.

How long is a Thai Massage?
It lasts about 75-80 minutes.

How will I feel after the session?
You will feel relaxed and the body will continue to release tensions and detoxify after the session. Drink a lot of water and stay warm. You should then avoid extreme sports and drink plenty of water.
